AI Setup for small businesses

Your business is doing ten jobs a week that a machine should be doing.

I find them, automate them, and show you and your staff how to run the tools. Fixed price. Nothing you cannot see and switch off.

The £600 is credited in full against your build·Built in accounts you own, and remote from start to finish·One person, working across the UK

You already know which tasks these are

The enquiry that sat in the inbox until Tuesday. The quote you retyped from the last one. The invoice you chased three times. The post you meant to write on Sunday. The meeting you took notes in and never looked at again.

None of these need you. They need to be done the same way every time, quickly, without mistakes. That is exactly what these tools are good at, and exactly what most small businesses are not using them for.

The Office for National Statistics puts it at 28 per cent: fewer than three in ten UK businesses with under ten staff use AI at all, and the barrier they name most often is not cost, it is not knowing how. The tools are cheap. The time to work out how to wire them together is not. That is the whole reason this offer exists.

From the questionnaire to handover

01

Find the work

A written questionnaire you fill in when it suits you, then written questions from me where I need more, or a 45-minute video call if you would rather talk. Within five working days you get a written audit: every repetitive task, the hours it costs you each week, and the order to automate them in.

02

Build it

Between three and ten automations depending on the tier, built inside accounts you own and connected to the email, calendar and software you already run. An AI assistant configured for your business, with prompts your staff can use from day one.

03

Hand it over properly

Screen recordings of your own setup, yours to keep and to show a new member of staff, a written playbook, and support after handover: 14 days on Starter, 30 days on Standard and Complete. A live video call is there for the asking at no extra charge. You will know how every automation works and how to turn it off.

What gets automated

The usual suspects

  • Enquiry triage, with a reply drafted for you to approve
  • Quotes generated from a form you fill in on your phone
  • Invoice reminders that send themselves
  • Review requests after every job, and drafted replies to the reviews that arrive
  • Social posts written from a weekly voice note
  • Meeting notes turned into a list of who is doing what
  • Supplier orders and the emails that go with them
  • The welcome email and forms you send every new customer
  • A Monday morning summary of last week's numbers
  • An FAQ answering questions on your website at two in the morning

If your repetitive task is not on this list, it is probably still automatable. The audit will tell you either way.

All prices exclude VAT, and Arkvento is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Half on booking, half on handover. The £600 audit fee is credited in full against any tier booked within thirty days. A single automation on its own is £600, credited against a tier booked within sixty days.

If the handover date is going to move, you hear it from me before the date, with the reason and the new one. Cancel before work starts and the deposit is refunded in full; cancel after it starts and I keep the deposit and hand over everything that is finished. Upkeep runs twelve months, then thirty days notice.

Every automation is built inside accounts you own. I send a short written checklist, you open the accounts, you invite me in as an administrator, and you pay those providers directly, which is typically £15 to £30 a month in total. I never host your automations. If you stop working with me, everything keeps running and you already hold the keys.

Not sure which tier? The audit tells you. That is what it is for.

What the £600 audit covers

The first three

Founding client rate: 20 per cent off, capped at £500

The first three clients get 20 per cent off one fixed-price fix or build, up to a maximum of £500: one of the three tiers above, a single automation, or the Foundation Fix or the Visibility Rewrite on the prices page. One discount per client, on one job. The £600 audit is never discounted.

The condition is a case study: a short written account of what was built and what it saved, which you read and approve before anything is published. If you would rather not be written about, say so and the rate does not apply.

This section comes off the site once three are signed, so while you can read it, places remain.

Optional, afterwards

Upkeep

£300

to £600 a month, optional

Software changes and so does your business. Upkeep keeps every automation working and fixes anything that breaks within a working day.

  • Monitoring, and fixes when a connected tool changes underneath you
  • One new automation a month on the Standard plan
  • A short monthly report of what ran and what it saved
  • Twelve-month term, then thirty days notice
  • Entirely optional. Nothing I build depends on you taking it

What stays with you

Four things that do not change

  • Nothing goes to one of your customers without you pressing send, unless you specifically ask for that and agree it in writing first.
  • Every automation has an off switch, and part of the handover is showing you where it is and watching you use it.
  • It replaces tasks, not people. The work that goes is the retyping, the chasing and the copying between tools.
  • Your content stays in your own accounts. I am a data processor for you, under a written agreement, and the models do not train on your information.

The audit

The £600 comes off the build, and the roadmap is yours either way

The audit's job is to find the time your business is losing. A written questionnaire you fill in when it suits you, then a written report within five working days. A video call instead if you would rather talk.

  • A written questionnaire, filled in when it suits you, and a 45-minute video call instead if you prefer
  • A written audit of every repetitive process in the business
  • An estimate of the hours each one costs you a week
  • A ranked roadmap: what to automate first, and why
  • A fixed quote for the build, with no obligation to take it
£6005 working days

Paid in full when you book, because it is under £1,000, and credited in full against any tier booked within thirty days.

The audit is never discounted, founding clients included. Their 20 per cent comes off the build price first, then the £600 credit comes off what is left. On a £2,500 build the discount is £500 and the credit is £600, so £1,400 is left to pay.

There are no refunds on any Arkvento service. What you get instead is unconditional: whether you build with me or not, the written roadmap is yours to keep, and to hand to anyone else.

Email to book the audit

That opens a message to me. I reply within one working day with a payment link and the intake questionnaire. Say if you would rather talk it through and I will send times for a video call. The phone is 07491 657774.

The ones I am asked most

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in the tools you already use. The models process text to draft or classify it and do not train on your information under the business terms I work to. Nothing is stored outside your own accounts, and every automation can be paused from a single switch.

Who pays for the tools?

You do, directly to the providers. Every automation is built inside accounts you own, usually n8n and Twilio. I send a short written checklist, you open the accounts and invite me in as an administrator, and the providers bill you, typically £15 to £30 a month in total. I never host your automations, so nothing stops working if you stop working with me. Upkeep, if you take it, covers monitoring and fixes, not those fees.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The training is written for owners and staff, not developers. If you can use email and a phone, you can run everything I build.

What happens if something breaks?

During the support period after handover I fix it. On the Upkeep plan I fix it within a working day. Every automation is documented, so another developer could maintain it if you ever chose to move on from me.

Will this replace my staff?

It replaces tasks, not people. The work that goes is the retyping, the chasing and the copying between tools. What is left is the work your staff were hired for.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT waits for you to type. An automation runs without you. The difference is between a tool you have to remember to use and a system that does the work whether you remember or not.

What tools do you use?

Claude for language tasks, n8n for connecting systems, and whatever you already run for email, calendar, CRM and accounting. The n8n and Twilio accounts are yours, opened by you and billed to you. I do not sell software licences and I do not lock you into anything of mine.

Can you do just one thing?

Yes. The Starter package exists for that, and a single automation on its own is £600. Enquiry handling is where I would start, because it is the task that repeats most often and the one an owner notices first.

Arkvento is one person

Arkvento is Mikael Stewart. I build websites and AI systems for small businesses using Claude and modern automation tools, and I work alone by choice: you deal with one person who knows your business, at a price an agency cannot match.

Arkvento started in September 2026, so there are no case studies yet and you will not find invented ones here. The audit is the way in: it costs £600, it comes off the build if you go ahead, and the roadmap is yours to keep whatever you decide.
